Reporting a Bug
When you email us about a bug, including the following helps us fix it faster:
- What you were trying to do
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Device, OS version, and browser if applicable
- Screenshot or screen recording if you have one
Account & Data
- Forgot your password?Use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page.
- Want to delete your account?Open your Profile, scroll to the "Danger Zone" section, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
- Need a copy of your data? Email privacy@maxxlife.fit and we will send a structured export within 30 days.
Connected Devices
- Oura Ring or WHOOP not syncing? Open Profile → Connected Devices, disconnect the device, then reconnect via the OAuth flow. If it still fails, email support.
- Want to disconnect a device? Same place: Profile → Connected Devices → Disconnect. We immediately stop pulling new data and delete the OAuth token.
