1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MAXXLIFE ("the App"), operated by Anthony Attia ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Informational & Educational Purposes Only

MAXXLIFE is designed for informational and educational purposes only. The App provides tools to track peptides, supplements, nutrition, workouts, sleep, hydration, and other health-related data. None of the content, features, or recommendations provided by the App constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new supplement, peptide, workout, or health protocol. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you accessed through the App.

3. Peptide Tracking & Research Use

MAXXLIFE does not sell, distribute, or recommend the purchase of peptides. The peptide tracking features are provided for personal logging and organizational purposes only, similar to medication tracking apps. Any peptide-related information displayed in the App is provided for research and educational reference only and should not be interpreted as an endorsement, prescription, or recommendation for use.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of any substances complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

4. No Guarantees on Health Outcomes

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding health outcomes, results, or benefits from using the App or following any information provided within it. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.

5. User Accounts & Data Ownership

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You retain ownership of any personal data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the App's functionality.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data obtained through the App
• Use the App for any illegal activity or purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or any related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Use the App to collect personal information about other users
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the App

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAXXLIFE and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any health decisions made based on information from the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
• Any errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in the App

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MAXXLIFE and its owner from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of New Jersey.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App, and your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

11. Connected Devices & Third-Party Wearables

The App offers optional integration with third-party wearable devices and health platforms (such as Oura Ring). By connecting a third-party device or service, you:

• Authorize MAXXLIFE to access health data from that service on your behalf, using the permissions you grant during the OAuth authorization process
• Acknowledge that you are also subject to the third party's own terms of service and privacy policy
• Understand that MAXXLIFE uses your wearable data solely to provide and improve the App's features, and for no other purpose
• Retain the right to disconnect any third-party integration at any time from within the App, which will immediately revoke our access to new data from that service

MAXXLIFE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party wearable manufacturer. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or continuity of data provided by third-party platforms.

12. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during account registration and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS communications from MAXXLIFE. These may include:

• Account verification and security alerts
• Health tracking reminders and notifications
• Important updates about your account or the App
• Promotional offers and new feature announcements (optional)

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe. We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for MAXXLIFE communications as described above.
